I have found that studying with Courses Direct gives me the flexibility to complete my course whenever I want to. There is no pressure of deadlines which gives me more time to put into researching for my assignments.
As I suffer from anxiety and depression being able to do my studies at the pace I want to has also meant that I am able to take extra time to get a better understanding of the concepts of the course. It has allowed me to realise that my long term goal is to help people in a similar position to myself and I would like to eventually become a teacher’s aide.
Nothing would be more rewarding than to provide a person with a disability hope and a way out of the difficulties that they face.

I was looking for a course that allowed me to brush up on my professional skills in nutrition. "I first became interested in nutrition a couple of years ago when my husband Dave and I started training together. We both realised that we weighed the heaviest we have ever been and it was time to make a drastic change. Through regular exercise and eating cleanly I managed to lose 17 KG and drop 4 dress sizes.
It was at this time that I became really interested in food and nutrition, and realised that I had a passion for nutrition.
