  3. Using multi-sensory learning
  4. Using skills, including handwriting, listening and pronunciation
  5. Information about English phonics – the sounds, letters, rules – for better spelling and reading
  6. How to diagnose spelling and reading problems, and individualise your tutoring
  7. How to help people diagnosed as dyslexic, special learning difficulties and other conditions that may be limiting their literacy abilities.
  8. Recognizing the three main sources of English and how these provide the key to mastering English spelling.
  9. How to read accurately, fluently and expressively, using decoding first
