The Certificate IV in Frontline Management course has been designed to provide the required skills for those wishing to pursue a career as a frontline manager.
The Frontline manager is the “Go-to” person for employees who need assistance with their work and they are the face of the business for customers.
This course is relevant for personnel in all industries and focuses on knowledge surrounding managerial tasks such as adhering to WHS policies in the workplace, promoting teamwork and enhancing the services and products offered in the workplace for employees and customers.
Entry requirements: All students must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Course length: 440 hours. A maximum of 12 months is given for access to the course.
